Dr. William M. Smith, the principal of DentalCares, has logged hundreds of hours in actual prosthetics treatment and cosmetic cases. He has devoted his entire professional life to helping people attain their desired dental health. By combining his meticulous professional standards with a very patient and personal rapport, Dr. Smith has come to be appreciated for his caring manner and gentle touch. Dr. Smith has devoted the bulk of his continuing dental education to prosthetics and implants. He has spent the majority of that time training with some of the most prominent doctors in those areas of dentistry. He has been awarded numerous certificates in the field of dental implantology as well as cosmetic dentistry. Lastly, Dr. Smith has held positions on the faculty at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in the Department of General Dentistry, Division of Prosthodontics and also the Division of Restorative Dentistry. This association with the University of Tennessee and his continued contact with faculty members and continuing education allows him to remain at the forefront of the dental profession.
